I got the heat up neck wrap in the mail today and am very thankful that you sent it out so quickly. It really helps the pain in my neck and when I draped it across my shoulder it helped there, too. It also works for my elbow which was injured in the accident. Ferapeutic was who I thought of when I got home from the hospital. I know how much your thumb wrap helped the pain in my thumb due to tendonitis. I knew you'd probably have something else that would help me now.
When I got the message that you were going to send this out faster I actually started crying because I was so appreciative.
